Today, I drove around where I live without a destination. It may seem meanless and wasting of time to some people, but I learned a lot doing that.

All of us on this planet would have different kinds of worries. For example, I have been worrying about my academic study, my family's financial status, my no-one-used programs, my parent's health, my future, and so on.

This part of life is interesting. People with different backgrounds are worried about so different things. For example, people in high school might worry about the college entry exam; People at college might be concerned about their future; People from a hospital might be worried about their health; Here I just named a few, but if we were to pay closer attention to the world, we would realize that everyone in this world will have something to worry about.

At this age, people are more and more likely to get depression, which is a very serious problem that deserved to be further discussed. However, in this article we are not going to talk about it, I just wanna share what I learned on the trip.

If there is one thing I learn from the trip I took today is that "The present is called a present because it's a present.". In today's era where we tend to use the internet or technology to tackle all the problems in our daily life, there's one thing I found relatively harder to do this way, which is our anxiety.

During the trip, I watched a lot of people working hard in their life and all of them got me a feeling of how beautiful life is and that we are just one appreciation away from it.

I would be the first to admit that life can be full of unhappiness, but I just realized that all of the happiness that we are looking for is all in the very moment of our breathing.

Take a look at the people around you, take a look at how beautiful the flower is blooming, and be grateful for the fact that we can be reading this. Most of the time, we could neglect the beauty around us, and it's just one look away.

At the end of this article, I would like to share one more thing. Chances are, we wouldn't realize that people come into our lives and they leave, until we are in our 20s, and if you are experiencing something like this, please do know that this is how the world would be, which even more reminds us to enjoy the present called present.
